This rod is available in .080 (stock length for UT2) or .100 longer (+.020 Longer for UT2) for use with Honda GX160 UT2 Pistons http://www.nrracing.com/product-p/13101-z4m-800.htm

These pistons have a .080 shorter compression height compared to the standard GX160/200 piston. This will allow the piston to move up .020" in the bore.

Use of the .100 rod will move piston up .020" compared to where it is with stock length rod/piston combo.
Use of the .080 rod (Stock length for UT2 GX160) will leave piston where it is with stock length rod/piston combo.

The longer rod will provide additional dwell time increasing power over the stock rod length, but at less expense and better durability than the Wiseco Long rod set-up.

GX390 Billet Rod with +.100 for custom applicaltions and to get piston to zero deck height

Machined from aircraft grade 7075 T-651 aluminum with advanced oiling features for superior lubrication to both the crankshaft and wrist pin.

4.510" (+.100) long w/Scoop Dipper. The extended .100" length from the standard 4.41" rods gives you the following benefits:

1. Allows you to machine your stock piston down to a flat top which increases compression ratio (Instead of milling the cylinder head) and lightens the piston.
2. A lighter piston is more reliable & revs easier.
3. A flat top piston provides better flame propagation which equals a more efficient burn.
4. A longer rod reduces piston speed and increases reliability.
5. A billet rod is drastically stronger than the factory cast rod.
6. A babbit bearing nearly eliminates the chances of crankshaft journal gall from lack of lubrication

Also fits GX340s and most 13/15hp Chinese OHVs. On LCT/Duramax 16hp, the pin may need to be honed approx..008
