Has my order shipped?

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Make sure items have actually shipped. If tracking shows the item does not exist or is unavailable, please send us an email at [email protected].

If your shipment is lost or missing, please DO NOT submit a claim to the carrier. Contact us, and we will do it.

NOTE: We cannot do anything with international shipments until at least 60 days have passed.

An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please contact us immediately if anything is missing from your order and/or the parts are incorrect. Any claims must be done within 48 hours of receipt. We will not honor any claims after that period. For internet orders, we pack the parts based on what was ordered online. We are not responsible for any phone calls, emails, or comment/notes requesting changes. Should any discrepancies arise, the original packing list will be considered correct.

When will my back-order arrive?
  Back-ordered items are those which are currently on the way to our store or are waiting to come back in stock from our suppliers. As soon as we receive your back-ordered part at our store, we do our best to get it out to you right away!
