Fun Kart Clutch
Heavy duty clutch designed for standard live axle karts using stock engines. Primarily used on mini bikes and go karts, but can also be used for many other applications.

  • 1" Bore
  • 14 Tooth
  • 40/41/420 Roller Chain
  • 1-3/10" Drum Thickness
  • Approximately 2500rpm Engagement
  • Fits GX270, GX390, and 13hp OHV engines
*Note: It is important to have the correct gear ratio for the tire size for proper operation of your clutch or torque converter. Improper gear ratio will make the clutch or belt slip and cause damage to the unit very quickly.

Clutches may vary from picture depending on manufacturer and availability.

These are economy Chinese clutches designed for 8 & 9hp 240cc engines. If treated correctly (i.e. no slippage), they will work fine on stock GX390s and even 420s. However, you do get what you pay for.

There are no warranties or returns on clutches. Improper application or overheating is almost always the reason for failures!
