How do I return an item?

Parts may be returned for exchange or refund provided they are in resalable condition and still in original packaging. No refunds on any part that has been used or installed. Special Order items (i.e. Race Motors, Customer Machined Parts, etc.) are generally not returnable. Shipping is not refundable, and all refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault. Restocking fee is waived if exchanging for another product(s). There is no restocking fee on exhaust pipes provided they have not been installed. All engines returned are subject to a $50 inspection fee. No electronics/coils may be returned.

Call or email for authorization before shipping anything back. We must authorize all returns. Merchandise returned without authorization may be refused or returned.

Shipping charges for the returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection. All returned items and packaging must be undamaged. Upon inspection, if the product has been used or damaged, we will return the merchandise, freight COD, without issuing credit. If you have placed an order with us and decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped, but after we have processed your credit card, you may be subject to a 10% fee.

CAMSHAFTS: We understand there is no perfect cam. Therefore, you may exchange any NR Camshaft for another for a $50 exchange fee. Camshaft may be used as long as it is serviceable and no more than 3 months old.
