As with the aluminum rod ARC sells, the craftsmanship on this unit is great and it installed with no issues. I think the value of the flywheel is a little dubious compared to the rod considering that stock rods are nearly guaranteed to fail after around 7k rpm, but stock flywheels are kinda hit and miss. I'm sure there's some performance gain with this flywheel since less reciprocating mass equals less parasitic loss, better throttle response etc. However, I would treat this as a safety/future proofing item much like the rod as opposed to a "performance" mod.
