Shaft Mounted Rocker Arms for GX200 & 6.5 OHV
  • These are the famous "Champion" HD shaft rockers! They are arguably the best bang for your buck when it comes to valvetrain stability.
  • A shaft rocker eliminates the need for a guide plate and prevents the rocker arms from walking side-to-side. Further, they have considerably more rigidity than stud rockers, so they rarely need adjustment once set.
  • Fits GX200, 6.5 BSP "Clones", and Non-Hemi Predator Engines
  • Studs and nuts included (Studs may require tools to install - too tight to turn by hand.)

*Updated Ratio Information*
The Champion rockers have long been advertised as 1:1 ratio. More recently, testing shows the original "X" style rockers are actually closer to 1.05:1, while the "New" style Champion rockers are closer to 1.1:1 ratio. We have also tested other brand's castings of the original "X" style Champion rockers who are claiming to have "1.0:1" ratio, and have found similar, higher ratio results. Do not expect to have a true 1:1 ratio from any brand advertising this.

Original (X) Style Champion Rocker Measurements
Exhaust Valve LiftExhaust Cam LiftRatio
.293".276"1.062:1
Intake Valve LiftIntake Cam LiftRatio
.291".277"1.051:1

New Style Champion Rocker Measurements

.301".276"1.091:1
Intake Valve LiftIntake Cam LiftRatio

*Note: Does not fit hemi style cylinder heads.
As with any other aftermarket part, additional modifications may be necessary to fully utilize this component (e.g. longer pushrods, clearance of valve cover). Do not assume this is a drop-in part or that you don't have to check for fit or proper operation.
Champion suggests using oil and tools to install, rather than tightening by hand.
