Manifold Kit - 390 Carb to GX200, 6.5 Chinese OHV, and 212 Predator
  • Contains: 15-degree manifold, pulse fitting, plug, 2 x M6 x 20mm bolts, 390 carb gasket, flat adapter kit
  • Designed to mount GX390 type carburetors to GX200s, 6.5 OHVs, and 212 Predators.
  • 2-Piece design that can be used on both flat and 15-degree mounts.
  • Typically requires a 108 main jet for standard bore gas GX390 carburetors and 110 for gas bored carbs. Methanol carbs will need a 150-160 or larger main.
  • Pulse fitting can be installed for operating fuel pumps; otherwise, plus can be used to seal opening. Note: pulse fitting faces upward. On some long duration (radical) cams, the intake vacuum signal is too weak to operate the fuel pump, especially when using methanol. In this case, you will need to pulse from the valve cover or block.
Instructions:
  1. Mount the 15-degree adapter (the thicker one) to the engine.
  2. Mount the flat plate adapter to the 15-degree adapter.
  3. Use a small amount of gasket sealer (not included) between the two.
  4. Install the carb studs into the appropriate holes.
  5. Mount carb using enclosed gasket, and go racing!
