Billet Side Cover for the 212cc Non-Hemi Predator Engine

Newly Updated! Will work with side cover stud kit!

The ARC 6068 side cover features side by side dual ball bearings that support the crank and gives it another fulcrum point to help eliminate any crankshaft flexing. It has an integral o-ring along the perimeter in it's machined groove that guarantees a good seal. 4 pin receptacles mate with 4 dowels to increase mating shear strength. Bronze bushing (with ARC's advanced oil system) support for camshaft main increases strength and minimizes potential for wear. It has 2 venting holes at the top with 1/8" NPT Plugs. It also has 2 oil fill ports with billet ARC aluminum hand tighten plugs. Another useful feature is the threaded holes over the side dowel -pins so that small bolts (included) can be used to push the side cover for easy removal. Not compatible with electric start engines. Chain guard mounting hole thread size M8X1.25mm.

Includes: Bearings, seal, gasket, O-ring, plugs, caps, and installation hardware.

Notes:
  • Bolt torque is 185-200 inch/lbs
  • Use 14oz of oil in most applications
  • Will come with 2 solid dowels to use in the top and bottom dowel receptacles. Must use the 2 OEM dowels in the left and right dowel receptacles
The 6068 side cover is an updated replacement of the 6058.

Important:
Fits only Gen1 and Gen3 NON-HEMI 212cc Predator blocks.

WILL NOT FIT the Honda GX200/Clone 196cc, Ducar 196/212/224cc, Tillotson 196/212/225/235, Predator 212 Hemi, Predator Ghost or Predator 224cc engines.

Due to variations in clone blocks, you may find that the side cover is not quite lining up with all four dowel pins. Try removing the bottom dowel pin if you encounter difficulty.
