Intake Manifold for DED Racing's Billet Clone Heads

  • Newly designed intake manifold for SBH Big Valve Clone and Animal head.
  • Designed to maximize flow while giving the user the flexibility to run at different carb angle and lengths.
  • Billet bolt on section is machined on a 5-axis CNC to give optimum flow transition and angle. It is not just a square cut stub intake, it is actually machined off plane to optimize the flow transition from the intake to the head and position the carb in a more laid back position.
  • The curved portion was custom made for DED out of high temperature silicone tubing with extra layer and to DED's dimensions. This adapter now allows one intake to be adjusted for both angle and length universally by the user.
  • This tube will fit 24-28mm flat slide carbs and can also be used with the Tillotson adapter.
  • The intake tube can even be configured to angle the carb forward for vehicles that require it.
  • The intake is ported with an NPT 1/8 thread for pulsing fuel pumps.

  • Custom 30deg Silicone Hose Adapter (1.25" ID but can compress and shrink as needed)
  • Plug for Fuel Pump Fitting
